Booked it for our trip and had a such great stay here. Everything was great, wonderful staff, particularly nice views of the beach.

I thoroughly enjoyed the room with nice balcony overlooking the water, the bed was extremely comfy. The hotel had a central location close to great restaurants. And it was also not far from a beautiful swimming beach and the centre of the both ends of the Esplanade and the shops, the Pier and all the other attractions.

The location was great and incredible for me, close to restaurant. Torquay district was definitely worth visiting.

My room included a storage space and a kitchen. Enjoyed sea view.

The location for Hervey Bay was great and fantastic, just next door to the esplanade across from beach and park, cafes and shops, and great restaurants. It also was very close to everything.

Ideal location with great view of the bay. Comfortable beds, satellite television, climate control and a microwave in the room. Food was tasty, staff was very helpful.

Ideal location, great views of the beach opposite and very very helpful staff. Location close to restaurants within walking distance and Handy to bus transport and shops, cafes, beach, walking paths and picnic areas.

The rooms are beautifully maintained and good-sized with satellite television, climate control, and a microwave.

Loved the convenient location of the hotel, with great views and a beach just across the road. The spacious balcony with table and chairs was a definite highlight, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The room itself was well-appointed, with a comfy bed and a spacious bathroom that even had a laundry facility. Free parking was also a bonus.

The limited WiFi was a major disappointment. In today's age of technology, it's expected to have unlimited access.

The location and the room size was suitable for our needs as was the amenities. Location was awesome too.

The smell of cleaning products in our room was overpowering and gave us a headache for the first night. The front desk only welcomed us and didn't ask at anytime how our accomodation was etc and at checkout no one asked if we enjoyed our stay, it was just take keys and goodbye!! Over all the facilities were really good but staff could work on there customer service. For that simple fact we won be staying there again.

Location to where I was working, the cleanliness and design of the rooms, the friendliness of the staff.

I was disappointed in that the advertising claimed free internet yet this was not the case so I had to tether to my iPhone to give me limited access to internet for my work!

The value for money at this place was amazing and the room was top-notch. The location right by the bay was perfect and the staff treated us like family.

The only thing that could make the morning meal better was if they offered a wider variety of options.

All of the staff was fantastic and attentive to guests. As for me, the location was marvellous, short walk to beach or path as well as great restaurants, shops & other facilities.
